HUC is the latest Utility Billing member city to implement Infinity.Link, the CIS Infinity online bill presentment and payment solution. This add-on product allows residents to view their utility bill and make a payment online from the convenience of any location with an internet connection.
With customer satisfaction in mind, HUC decided to take their payment processing options to the next level and chose Paymentus as their payment processor. Not only does Paymentus offer a competitive Utility Exchange Rate for credit card transactions through Infinity.Link, they also offer IVR payment processing and outbound calling capabilities.
One of the many new features offered in the latest Infinity.Link version 3.02.04 release is the ability to make a payment using eCheck. With the upgrade of your Infinity.Link site you will be able to provide this enhancement to your residents. You will be contacted shortly with an upgrade schedule.
The LOGIS Assessors User Group will meet on Thursday, September 19, 2013 to review PDS software development priorities. The agenda will cover GIS topics, change requirements and priorities, and security enhancements.
We recently released a new version of PIMS into production. This upgrade contained many new enhancements and improvements to numerous sections of the PIMS application.
Due to the magnitude of this release, LOGIS staff spent the 1st, 2nd, and part of the 3rd quarter testing this new version ensuring that the entire application was sufficiently and thoroughly examined. We also included several enhancement items that were requested by individuals of the PIMS group over the past several months.
The PIMS (Permits and Inspections) user group will be meeting in October 2013, to review all the items in the new release. We will also host 2 separate meetings for Code Enforcement and Business License groups in November 2013.
We are scheduling a Parks and Rec User Group Meeting for Thursday, September 19th from 9:00 – 11:00 AM at the LOGIS offices. This meeting will kick off discussions about searching for possible replacements for the Class application.
This User Group Meeting will also be an opportunity to discuss matters unrelated to possible new applications. So if you have a subject you would like to discuss with the group, please send that to LOGIS Class support as well. We will add it to the meeting agenda.
