The semi-annual Utility Billing User Group Meeting was held on October 6th, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at the LOGIS office. The User Group consists of 20 Utility Billing member cities.
The meeting was kicked off with introductions, where new LOGIS staff and new meeting attendees were introduced. Topics discussed included: the 2016 Utility Billing work plan, Infinity.Mobile Implementation, a system process demo, build 3.1.24 testing, and member discussion questions for the group.
There was a second meeting following the User Group Meeting to discuss the transition from Infinity.Link to Invoice Cloud. Members were able to share their implementation experiences with those members who had not yet implemented their new Electronic Bill Payment & Presentment (EBPP) processor.
The User Group Meetings have been a great way for the Utility Billing users and LOGIS staff to network together to share ideas and best practices.
