On April 11, 2018 a new version of eProperty was implemented. This version contains many requested enhancements. One of these enhancements was the ability to display the original assessment amount instead of the total assessment amount (original amount minus any payments) or both amounts. Programming was implemented which now allows for both amounts to be displayed or just one of the amounts. The column headings for these amounts can also be customized to accurately display what is in each column.
RecTrac users may be unaware that the new version of the software (Build 3.1.08.01—implemented last week) has a League Report Emailing feature. This functionality provides the ability to email reports and schedules directly to your League Teams and players. Prior to this, you had to manually find the email addresses for your Team contacts and players, generate the report(s), and then send individual emails. The League Report Emailing program simplifies this process! From League Management, highlight/select a League and click the Email Reports button. Use the “?” and “i” Help icons for field descriptions, examples, and other information.
The City of Farmington is getting ready to introduce ePermits as part of their daily business process.
After months of preparations, database/web site setup, training, and testing, the City of Farmington is excited to introduce this new functionality to contractors and homeowners.
Currently, there are 20 cities utilizing the ePermits module. With so many cities offering this option, contractors are accustomed to applying for permits online utilizing this familiar interface. Great job Farmington staff!
