Network Services Update: 3/30/2011
LOGIS welcomes the City of Eagan to the LOGIS IP Telephony Service. Eagan completed their implementation of over 400 phones servicing 16 facilities. Eagan is utilizing applications such as Attendant Console, Call Accounting, Call Center, MeetingPlace, Presence, Call Recording, and Unity Connect.
The LOGIS Network Services group has completed the upgrade to CiscoWorks 4.x. This upgrade allows us to manage the new devices recently released from Cisco. LOGIS utilizes this product to monitor LOGIS and our members’ network equipment, manage global changes and record configurations and changes.
