Market Value Transfer Completed

Each year the six assessing cities must transfer a copy of their assessed market values of all properties to Hennepin County. This process completed on January 28th. Now it is onto the next big process of producing a Valuation Notice which will be sent to the taxpayer to notify them of the valuation. Assessors will meet this week to finalize the valuation notice making sure it meets all Minnesota Department of Revenue requirements.
