LOGIS Visits Advanced Utility System Office
Annually, Advanced Utility System invites LOGIS Utility Billing Support Staff members to come on site for training. The purpose of the training visits is to empower LOGIS Support Staff with the knowledge to fix CIS Infinity issues that are repetitive and do not require programming/development changes to the database structure. The UB Support Staff knowledge has grown exponentially over the last several years as a result of the training sessions.
During the site visit, LOGIS staff has the opportunity to meet one-on-one with members of the Advanced Support team, Development team, Training staff and management. The individualized sessions give way to building stronger relationships with Advanced staff.
Some of the topics covered this year include: AMR/AMI Interface configuration, Route Management & Mass Cycle/Book changes, Bill Print Consumption Graph, Backflow and Infinity.Mobile. Outstanding Service Wise items were reviewed.
